Agenda: Energy Security in the European Union and Reducing its Dependency on Russian Federation

Council of the European Union is an institution where government ministers from each EU country meet to discuss, amend and adopt laws, and coordinate policies.  The ministers have the authority to commit their governments to the actions agreed on in the meetings. During these meetings, ministers are going to debate upon energy security and reducing EU’s dependence to Russia on energy.
